We will collect and store different types of information depending how you interact with neoTRIPs but will always explain why we need it. Usually this will be limited to your name and contact details.

  • Keeping in contact with you regarding past, present and future projects
  • Inviting you to participate in NeoTRIPS projects
  • Providing you with information about research and quality improvement initiatives that you may want to get involved with

  • To better understand trainees needs, wishes and interests in research and quality improvement initiatives

Do we share your personal information?

We never share or sell your data to any other organization. We are a small trainee led initiative so there are some services we may use from other organisations.

  • When we send group emails we may use a mailing house
  • If you interact with us on social media, those companies can sometimes also access your data (so make sure you have checked your privacy settings)
  • Critical Mission Computing Ltd (who built our website) will have access to certain data for monitoring and quality assurance.
